Saged Healthcare Operations Consulting was founded in Houston, Texas — home to the world's largest medical complex and one of the most dynamic healthcare markets in the country. Our founders spent years inside health systems, physician groups, and managed care organizations before launching Saged, and that operational experience shapes everything we do.
We started with a simple observation: most healthcare consulting firms are staffed by people who have never run a department, managed a budget, or sat across the table from a physician trying to understand why their practice is struggling. We built Saged to be different — a firm where every consultant brings real operational experience, not just analytical frameworks.
